I don't use coffee creamer - I use a hit of real whipped cream on my coffee. | | - Also need to remind people that you can add the most glorious butter flavor to goodies with "butter-flavored spray" --- just take off the spray top and measure a tiny amount in for a single serving, more for a big recipe. Flavor to taste. | | - One bandster relies on her eggs scrambled with cheese a great deal. Eating it with a slice of oven-defatted bacon (225 degrees for a long time). Yummy. Turkey chili. You apply the gel directly to the scar or use medical tape to cover the scar with the silicone sheet. It isn't known exactly how silicone helps scars heal — some researchers think that static electricity from the silicone helps align collagen fibers in the scar, while others think it might help trap moisture, which can help make scars fade. Use only AFTER you do not have an open wound! Some silicone sheet products available include: Curad Scar Therapy, Cica-Care, ReJuveness silicone sheets, Syprex Silicone Scar Sheets **** BOOKS OR READING MATERIAL | | - Prepare for Surgery, Heal Faster: A Guide of Mind-Body Techniques http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0964575744/104-7424392-2728723?v=glance&n=283155 | | - | | - | | - | | - | | - | | - | | - | | - | | - | | -
